THE SPACE

Junior Suite (Sleeps 4 in two queen beds) is a single story luxury suite with spacious ocean view terrace, mahogany wood, granite counters, travertine floors, sitting area, luxurious bathroom, kitchen (with full-size refrigerator/freezer, cook top & microwave), and indoor/outdoor dining areas.

Sink your toes in the sand along miles of private beaches on the stunning Pacific Ocean, lounge by waterfront pools, take walks through the peaceful gardens, or enjoy a massage at the European spa & fitness center, all while you embrace the magical coastal scenery.

There is vast dining choices, a sophisticated European-Style bistro in the resort, a mini-market and a deli right onsite for stocking your kitchen with food and beverages. For larger food purchases, you are only a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest Costco, Walmart, Sams Club or City Club big box retailers.

Due to the strong undertow on the Pacific Ocean, there is no swimming allowed in the ocean right on Sunset Beach. However, there are six massive free form pool areas with swim-up restaurant/bars and spectacular views available -- including the beachfront pool area and the Sky Pool with an amazing view overlooking the entire resort! The soft, clean sand at Sunset Beach is ideal for long walks or an afternoon game of sand volleyball. The resort even provides free use of cabanas with lounge chairs, both poolside and on the beach!

OPTIONAL PRESIDENTIAL SUITE
The PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (Sleeps 8; 2 bedroom/2 bath) is a single story unit with spacious furnished balcony/patio, kitchen (with stove & microwave, but no oven), living room and indoor/outdoor dining areas. It has one king size bed (in the master bedroom), two queen beds (in the second bedroom), plus a sofa bed in the living room.

The presidential suite is 1,900 square feet including terrace (3x bigger than the junior suite). Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. It also has a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit -- for maximum privacy -- with the living room, dining area and kitchen in the middle.
